Granna's Southern Deviled Eggs

  Ingredients

    12 hard boiled eggs

    1 Tbsp mayonnaise

    1 tsp yellow mustard

    1 Tbsp Granna’s Gourmet Bread & Butter Pickle Relish

    Granna’s Gourmet Bread & Butter Pickles

 

  Directions

    Slice eggs in half

     Remove yolk, place in a separate bowl

    Add mayo, mustard and Granna’s Gourmet Bread & Butter Pickle Relish

    Mash with fork until smooth

    Spoon yolk mixture into egg halves

    Top with 1/4 to 1/2 of a Granna’s Gourmet Bread & Butter Pickle slice

 

Granna's Famous Tuna Salad

  Ingredients

    Canned Tuna Fish

    1/2 C Mayonnaise

    1 tbsp Granna’s Gourmet Sweet Onion Relish

    Sandwich Bread/ Lettuce/Tomatoes

    Granna's Gourmet Pickled Jalapeno Slices


  Directions

    Drain tuna fish

    Add mayonnaise and Granna’s Gourmet Sweet Onion Relish

    Mix thoroughly

    Spoon onto bread, a bed of lettuce, or hollowed tomato half

    Spice it up with a few Granna's Gourmet Pickled Jalapeno Slices

Granna's Fried Pickles
  Ingredients
    Granna's Gourmet Bread & Butter Pickles - Original or Spicy
    3 1/2 Cup - All Purpose Flour
    1 Cup Buttermilk
    Vegetable Oil
    1 tsp Granna's Gourmet Pickle Juice
    Paper Towels

  Directions
    Place pickle slices on paper towels to drain and dry
    Mix buttermilk and Granna’s Gourmet Pickle Juice
    Dip Granna’s Gourmet Bread & Butter Pickle slice in buttermilk
    Pickle Juice mixture
    Then dredge in flour
    Deep fry coated pickles in hot oil (350 degrees) until they float and are
    golden brown
    Drain on paper towels or brown paper bags. Serve immediately
